How the prototype works

A real form back end – just without sending.

  1. 01 —

    Submit a form

    Every form validates your input, shows errors inline and assigns a reference number.

  2. 02 —

    Store in the browser

    The enquiry is kept in this browser's local storage (key vt-inbox) – nothing leaves your device.

  3. 03 —

    Generate e-mails

    Each enquiry produces the confirmation to the customer and the notification to Vecotrade – exactly as in live operation.

For live operation

A single environment variable switches sending on. Every enquiry is then also posted as JSON to this endpoint – for example a CRM, a webhook or an e-mail service.
