Tough and soft materials
Films wrap, thick purgings block. Rotor, knives and screen must match the way the material behaves.
Contamination
Metals, paper or foreign polymers reduce the quality of the recyclate. That's why separation belongs early in the chain.
Low bulk density
Light, bulky materials need suitable conveying and storage so nothing jams or bridges.
Heat during shredding

01Can one shredder handle several types of plastic?
Often yes, with compromises. We review your material mix and recommend a rotor, cutting geometry and screen that are optimal for the main material and workable for the rest.
02Can my material be tested in advance?
Talk to us. Whether and where a material trial is possible is clarified project by project with our partners – and we accompany it.
03In-house or post-consumer – what does it change for the plant?
Clean production scrap can often be shredded and returned directly. Post-consumer material usually needs additional stages for separation and cleaning.
